Back in the summer we teamed up with Defra to promote their new
Check-Clean-Dry campaign, which aims to stop the spread of aquatic
non-native invasive species (NNIS). Aquatic NNIS cost the UK
economy £102million every year to clean up and what’s more they can
unfortunately spread around the coast by hitching a ride on our
boats.
But there are measures that boaters can take to reduce this spread
and so we launched a joint competition at the PSP Southampton
